Size Guide

To get the right fit, you must measure yourself wearing only underwear because other clothes could distort the result.

 

  • Bust: measure around the fullest part of your bust.
  • Waist: measure around natural waistline.
  • Hips: measure around the widest part.

Payments

Paypal or Credit Card

If you already have a PayPal account, please log in with your e-mail ID and password to confirm the payment.
If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create one using your credit-card/pre-paid card.
In this case, please make sure you select the correct type of card, fill in the necessary data and confirm the payment.
However if you are new to PayPal and would prefer not to create an account, then simply select the option ‘Don’t have a PayPal account?’ (highlighted below) and you can confirm the payment as a PayPal guest.
Once the incoming payment is registered with us, your order will be processed. PayPal payments are usually confirmed within a few minutes.

Bank Transfer

If you choose bank transfer as payment method, after order confirmation we'll send you an email containing all necessary data for payment. Once you have completed the bank transfer, we ask you send us a confirm of the bank transfer operation at payments@ventifive.com so we can proceed with the shipping. As soon as the payment is confirmed we'll prepare the pack for the delivery.

 

Deliveries and Shipping

Which countries do you deliver to?

We ship all over Europe.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery generally takes 10 working days.

Orders must be received by noon, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
All the orders received after noon will be processed the following working day.
The orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
The orders received during public holidays will be processed starting from the first working day after the above-mentioned holiday.

Shipping costs

Delivery is 100% free for orders above € 50.
For orders whose amount is less than € 50, the shipping fee is € 7.
The cash on delivery option implies an extra fee of € 5.

Order Status

When the goods leave our warehouse you will receive an e-mail with the CONFIRMATION OF SHIPMENT.
You can follow the status of the shipment in your personal area or directly on GLS website.

Returns, refunds and replacements

How do i return a product?

If you are not totally happy about your purchased items, you can send them back within 8 working days from the delivery date. You will be fully refunded.
Please fill in the form of returns explaining in detail the reason why you want to send back or replace the items.
We will organize the pick-up at the address provided by you.
Once we have received the items and checked that they are in mint conditions, you will be refunded.

Refunds policy

After receiving and checking your returned items you will be refunded.
The refund will normally take place a few days after your return confirmation (you will be sent an e-mail once we receive the package).
The amount of the returned items will automatically be credited on the account associated to the card you used or on your PayPal account.
If you previously selected “cash on delivery” as your preferred method of payment, you will be refunded via PayPal or money transfer on your bank account.
Please provide us with the following data: account holder’s family name and first name, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT and name of the bank.
It might take a while before the credited amount appears on your account. Each bank has its own processing times.

Costs

Returns are free, the costs of return are fully covered by Ventifive.

Replacements

If you want to change size and/or color of the item you purchased, please contact our customer service within 8 working days from the date of delivery, writing an e-mail to customercare@ventifive.com and explaining in detail the reason why you want to replace the items. We will organize the pick-up at the address provided by you.

3 Applicability

3.1These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website by the User.
3.2 With the issuance of an order through the Web Store, you agree to the application of the General Conditions.

4 Procedure of issue of orders

4.1 The issuance of an order is possible through the selection of an Article on the website, choosing the size and/or color, followed by pressing the button ("Add to cart").
To make the payment, the User will have to click on the "Confirm" button after entering your shipping address and you choose your mode of payment.
By pressing the button "Confirm", you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
As soon as the payment has been accepted, the User will receive confirmation of your order at the e-mail address provided.
4.2 Tenders from www.ventifive.com, concerning the sale of an Item, must be regarded as an invitation to User Ventifive than supply.
4.3 An Agreement of sale is concluded after Ventifive sent the order confirmation.
Each Purchase Agreement will be concluded between the parties concerned Article subject to availability.
4.4 Ventifive reserves the right to refuse any orders for any reason.
Ventifive also reserves the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by Ventifive) in the presence of the following conditions, without, however, be held liable for any damages and/or costs:

  • The article is not available;
  • The billing information submitted by you is not correct or not verifiable;
  • The order is marked by the security systems Ventifive as "unusual order" or "order susceptible to fraud";
  • Payment by bank transfer is not received within twelve (12) calendar days of order acceptance of the User;
  • Ventifive has reason to believe that the order has been issued by a person under sixteen (16) years;
  • Ventifive has reasonable grounds to believe that the order has been issued by a retailer;
  • The Article has been priced incorrectly;
  • Ventifive can not deliver at the delivery address indicated.

 

5 Delivery

5.1 Orders issued against Ventifive will be delivered to you as a payment received.
Ventifive has set as its objective the delivery within four (4) working days starting from the day of confirmation by the User ten (10) days for standard delivery .

7 Prices

7.1 All prices on this website should be considered net and expressed in the currency indicated. For shipments to Europe, all import duties are included in the prices quoted.
7.2 All prices quoted on the website do not include shipping costs. At the time of the order, the user will be informed about the costs inherent, which must be authorized by you to the order confirmation.
7.3 You will pay the order with payment priority using one of the supported methods and shown on the website.
7.4 The prices listed on the website and / or in advertisements are subject to adjustments at the initiative of Ventifive without prior notice.
The prices quoted in the order confirmation in accordance with the previous Article 4.3 shall be considered binding.
Where the prices indicated in the order confirmation are higher than the prices listed on the website, the User shall be entitled to proceed with the termination of the Contract of Sale within seven (7) business days.
7.5 Although the website has been prepared with care, it is possible that the prices shown are incorrect. Ventifive is not bound by offers and reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of incorrect prices.

8 Dissolution / returns

8.1 Within eight (8) calendar days from receipt of Article, the User may terminate the Contract of Sale Article by returning the undamaged, complete and, wherever possible, in the original box with the tag attached rendered;
8.2 The Item must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered to the user, including the original labels that must still be affixed to the head.
8.3 The User shall also make the original invoice / receipt accompanying delivered with the shipment. The reason for the return on the Product will be printed on the back of the invoice / receipt accompaniment.
8.4 The Item must be handed to the User no later than 30 days after issuance of the order. Where Ventifive unable to ship the product (on schedule), the User may immediately terminate the purchase agreement. The foregoing will not apply if the parties agree to a different delivery time.

9 Variations

9.1 Ventifive can not guarantee that the color, size and / or the theme of Article shown on the website are exactly the same Article delivered to you by Ventifive.

10 Privacy

10.1Personal data supplied by the User will be treated in accordance with the policies regarding privacy.

11 Intellectual property

11.1 Ventifive is the owner of all intellectual property rights on Article.

12 Responsibility

12.1 Ventifive can not be held responsible, under the terms set by law for damages suffered by the User in the event that the Item ordered from the same is not available and / or delivered (on schedule).
12.2 Without prejudice to Article 13.1 and in accordance with the terms set by law, the liability of Ventifive be limited to the maximum amount of the purchase price Article in question.

13 Force Majeure

13.1 In case of force majeure, Ventifive has the right to suspend all fulfill its obligations from signature of the Contract of Sale. The cases of force majeure affecting strikes, breakdowns, illness or bans import / export for Ventifive or third parties involved by Ventifive.
13.2 Where it is clear that the period of force majeure shall continue for more than two months, one or the other party may decide to terminate the Contract of Sale without the obligation to pay any damages.

14 Enquiries and complaints

14.2 If dissatisfied of the Article or any other products and / or services provided by Ventifive, the User may send a complaint to the office customer support by sending an e-mail customercare@ventifive.com, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the emergence complaint.

15 Legislation applicable to jurisdiction

15.1 The General Conditions and the Contract of Sale shall be governed in accordance with Italian law.
15.2 Any dispute arising from the General Conditions and the Contract of Sale shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Rovigo, Italy.
